Devotional
God's provision often appears at the last possible moment. Abraham experienced this truth when he raised the knife, ready to sacrifice Isaac, only to hear God's voice and see the ram in the thicket. Sometimes we need to reach our absolute limit before we can fully appreciate God's provision. This doesn't mean God is cruel or enjoys watching us struggle. Rather, these moments build our faith and create testimonies that will encourage others. When we trust God enough to follow Him to the edge of our comfort zone, we discover He's already prepared a way forward.
Bible Verse
I have been young and now I am old, Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken Or his descendants begging bread. - Psalm 37:25
Reflection Question
Can you recall a time when God provided at the last moment? How did that experience change your faith?
Quote I've never seen a test that God did not enable us to pass. And I've never been through a test where God failed to reveal something to me that I did not know had I not gone through the test.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, strengthen my trust in Your perfect timing and provision. Help me remember Your faithfulness in past situations as I face new challenges. Thank You for always providing what I need, when I need it most. Amen.
