We are a group of volunteers with the shared goal of making people feel at home at MCC. Everyone comes in with a story. Many guests haven’t been to church in a long time. Many of are skeptical or afraid. Sometimes, they’re just not sure what it’s going to be like and how people are going to respond to them. Our volunteers just need a smile, offering hope and encouragement, to those walking in the doors of MCC.
Training ensures every volunteer understands the vision, knows their role, and is equipped to serve with confidence. By preparing together, we create a consistent, welcoming experience that helps every guest feel seen, valued, and connected from the moment they arrive.
There are many opportunities to serve! You may pray and ask if there is a specific place the Lord is calling you! Right now we have positions available at the coffee bar, parking lot, Get Connected booth, security, ushers (inside and outside), and greeters.
